Terms and Conditions for Tire Shop

Payment: All payments for tires and services must be made in full at the time of purchase.
Returns and Exchanges: No returns in any of the items we sell
Warranty: Tires come with a manufacturer's warranty. Please refer to the warranty information provided with your tires for details.
Services: All tire services, such as mounting, balancing, and alignment, are performed by trained professionals. We are not responsible for any damages resulting from improper installation or use of our products.
Liability: We are not liable for any accidents, damages, or injuries that occur as a result of using our products or services, with out warranty or aftermarket not part of OEM manufacturing.
Applicable Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which the tire shop is located.
By making a purchase from our tire shop, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Return and Refund Policy

All sales are final, and we do not accept returns. Heavy-duty tires do not come with a mileage or road hazard warranty; please refer to the manufacturing companies for warranty information on rims. We recommend retorquing the lug nuts on the wheels 50 miles after installation or warranty will be void. Extreme Offset Rims is not responsible for any installation or damage caused by a third party. To maintain your warranty, you must re-torque lug nuts on any lift kit or leveling kit. We Thank you for your business.
